let me first extend our sincere gratitude , and how much it has been a helpful tool to me class ace, i am currently studying my post graduate degree in one of the univeristy in south africa and class ace app has been very helpful to me however i have disatisfaction of the how the app works now , if for example i ask a simple question to say , please correct the following, it will not correct instead it will answer things are not not relavent , that is worry number one ,just a simple request to say it must please correct the grammar another issue is that are features that haven add to my account now and it now allows for attachments and so forth but to my surprise when i attach any file it does not load it and it duplecates everything i write on question section, may you kindly assist with confusion or remove for me all the newly installed features and only give the simple one that could not allow for any duplication or attachment and please correct the features of answering question , i'm worried that when i have to do my assignments and essays it will also provide me with irrelevent answers and that will lead me to fail the degree that i am currently doing and that will be so sad for me and i have recommendated this app in so many people in south africa but when this is now happening i'm becoming super worried.please rectify all the above listed errors that i have encountered using this app i thank you
